You have come a long a way to get here and you might have some questions.
After you sign up, you will be greeted with a one-time assessment which will take about 8-12 minutes. The assessment will help you better understand the variety of factors that could be impacting mental well-being at work. Guide you into reflecting which of these factors is the most cruicial to you, and whether there are any stressors at the moment.
This is how we make sure that your experience with Wellabee is personalised to your needs and requirements.
We collect data through 2-min weekly (or bi-weekly) automated surveys. Our surveys are split in two sections:
1. The well-being section, where we check on factors such as Workload, Mental Focus, Job Strain and Energy for every employee.
2. The engagement section, which is unique for every employee. Depending on their results to the Wellabee Assessment, we do a deep dive on their cruicial factors.
You immediately get access to all of the platform features for a period of 14 days for free. You can invite your team members to the platform and start receiving insight into how your people are doing and how you can support them better and smarter according to their unique concerns.
14 days will give you a good idea of what you can expect by using Wellabee for yourself and your team. Of course, the real value will come if you incorporate the platform in your management style, week over week. As the longer you use Wellabee, the more personalized insights we can give to everyone on your team.
When your trial expires, you will be moved to the Free plan if you do not choose a different plan. This means that you will have access to only the first team that you have created (up to 10 employees), and you will be asigned as the manager for that team. As well as, you will no longer have access to the Action Items, 1-on-1 features, Custom Surveys, Team & Organisation analytics and Unlimited Data History.
